SHIPPING

Exposure is happy to offer free shipping on all domestic (within Canada) orders over $100 (excluding plants). Other restrictions may apply. Please note that orders under $100 will be subject to a shipping fee based on the items ordered and shipping location.

PLANT DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery within Metro Vancouver for $10 on orders over $50. 

To ensure that your new plant arrives in the best condition possible, every plant order is delivered with care by our driver. 

We want to make sure our plants aren't left out in the cold for too long. To ensure we’re in sync, you’ll receive an email the day of your delivery and a text notification 20-30 minutes prior to your delivery. Our driver is available Monday -Friday from 9:30-5:30. 

If you’re not available at that time, no problem, we’ll coordinate with you to find a better day & time, or a safe place at your home for us to leave your plant.

PICK UP

If you select the pickup option at checkout, you can come to collect your order at our office at the address below once you are notified that it is ready.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow between 24-72 business hours for order processing. Please note our business hours do not include weekends. All orders are not final until shipped. Sadly, sometimes items may be out of stock. We may not be able to fulfill all orders.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at 604-876-5808 between 10AM-5PM PST. Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and our return policy will apply.

RETURNS

Exposure is happy to offer full returns for online orders within 14 days from the day your item is delivered. All items must be returned with original packing receipt, all tags attached and are subject to inspection upon return. All plants, specially ordered items and sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions will be made. Please take your time to inspect that the plants are to your liking before accepting them from the delivery driver.

Exposure does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. All return costs are at the customers expense. We highly encourage customers to get a tracking number when shipping return packages. 

Items may be returned to our Vancouver warehouse (1572 West 4th Ave, Vancouver, BC) for exchange or store credit. All items returned to stores must be returned with original email receipt, all tags attached and are subject to inspection upon return.

RETURN PROCESSING

All returns take approximately 3-5 business days processing time to receive a refund once delivered back to our warehouse. Any item(s) being returned are subject to inspection upon delivery and if deemed unsellable or not in original condition will be sent back at the customers expense. Returns will be credited onto the original method of payment.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately at this time our online store is not able to process exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product please place a new order. For returns of the original item please refer to the 'RETURNS' section above. 

PRICE MATCHES

Please note that Exposure online does not offer price matches on any of our items. If you would like to return and re-purchase an item at it's new price our regular return policy applies. No exceptions will be made.
